PERSHA G. CAMPBELL Was born and raised on beautiful St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
After high school she traveled to South Carolina
to attend Benedict College on an athletic and academic scholarship. She studied Therapeutic Recreation while playing volleyball,
softball and basketball. She also carried the title of Miss Home Coming and Miss Benedict College Queen 1999-2000. She then went on to graduate school at Indiana University, Bloomington, where
she continued her studies in Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Behavior and obtained her Master’s Degree.
She has always been the creative type. She loves trying new things and challenging herself.
She finds joy in working with her hands and feeling the satisfaction of the finished product. Beading and jewelry design brings
her so much joy and satisfaction. It is amazing what the hands can do with a little imagination and determination.
